100% Bianchello, destemed organic certified grapes, temperature controlled stainles still vinification, refined for few months in still vats.
[ Da uve 100% bianchello diraspate, biologiche certificate, vinificate in acciaio a temperatura controllata, trascorre poi alcuni mesi in acciaio. Classicissimo colore giallo paglierino molto scarico cui segue un naso molto vario e articolato di fiori bianchi, frutta matura e riflessi balsamici. Gran bella bocca mediterranea, di buon spessore e corpo, freschissima e di ottima persistenza. Oh, un bianchello chiuso con il tappo a vite, era ora!
Very classical delicate light straw yellow, with wide and articulted scents of white flowers, ripen fruits with balsamic reflections.
A very nice mediterranean expression in the mouth, with nice structure and body, very fresh and great persistence.
Finally a Bianchello with stelvin closure!

100% Bianchello, destemed organic certified grapes, temperature controlled stainles still vinification, refined for 9 months on the yeasts in still vats.
[ Da uve 100% bianchello diraspate, biologiche certificate, vinificate in acciaio a temperatura controllata, trascorre poi 9 mesi in acciaio, sui lieviti. Classicissimo colore giallo paglierino molto scarico con riflessi verdolini, cui segue un naso potente, maturo, vario, di fiori bianchi e frutta matura. Bocca molto piacevole, dal sorso fresco, invitante, di buona complessità e maturità. Bottiglia chiusa con il tappo a vite.
